This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. Avalaunch should review and confirm this wording before launch.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, the project details you write, your project location and interest, and optionally a phone number. We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time you agreed to share your details.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your project. Submissions are emailed to the Avalaunch team and stored securely in this website’s database, where only site administrators can see them.
Marketing
We do not add you to any marketing list from the inquiry form or the free checklist. If we offer email updates in future, we will ask for your separate consent first.
Downloads
The project checklist can be downloaded without giving any personal details.
Service providers
Our website host and email provider process technical and email data on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep inquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project relationship. In line with applicable data protection law, you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
